OUT WITH THE OLD, IN WITH THE NEW; WEBSITE THAT IS
(And we aren’t talking years)
Over one year ago the idea of an updated website had its genesis. Concepts were stated, a task force formed, ideas shared, material gather, and a bid accepted. This was very much a forward looking process. We wanted a product that would bring the words adaptability, user friendliness, fun, functional and feedback to mind. We feel we have made this transition using EDJE Technologies as provider of the new website. However you the end user will decide if we have been successful, in our effort. I suggest you navigate the web-site, see what you think, get a feel for the features. Please let us know what you think, what you would change, or add.
As I was writing this piece I did not know how to give credit for the work involved. I was and am afraid I would forget someone. A special thank you is due to Ryan Harrell who did much of the heavy lifting going forward with this project. Merle Hedland as well as many others in the CCSNM had a significant role in this start up. I can be reached at Edward.Melvin@osfhealthcare.org and would love some of the feedback.
We all hope that you enjoy our effort
Respectfully

When a new issue is created, an email is sent to each Chapter member highlighting some of the articles and providing a link to go to the full newsletter on the web site. It is important then for each member to have their email on record with the Society of Nuclear Medicine that provides updated membership lists to the Chapter.
To update your membership records, visit the SNM web site (www.snm.org) and select the tab at the top marked “My Account”. You will need your membership number and password to access this area. If you have not personalized your password, the default password is your last name.
Once in ‘My Account”, select “Update Member Record” click on “Edit” and update your records.
The Central Chapter of the Society of Nuclear Medicine formerly published a paper newsletter for mailing to members. A number of past issues are archived on this web site. Click on the respective links to download and view or print that particular issue.
